Students may choose to make changes to their registration during the first few days of classes. Students are required to fill in an ADD/DROP form, which will be reviewed by the staff of the Office of the Registrar. Students may only join classes they have added after approval or clearance by the Registrar.
Students may apply for a Change in their major using a Major Change Application form available at the Registrar’s office. Students may apply to Add or DROP a major. Each request will be assessed and the student will be notified as to whether or not the request has been approved. Approved requests will be represented on the students’ online records.
Students are advised to report any clashes between their examinations once the examination schedules are posted. The Associate Registrar or Registrar will process your clash and provide instructions on how your examinations will be done. Please ensure that you follow the instructions as stated in your Clash Resolution Letter.
Students who are missing grades after final examination may fill in a Grade Query form in seeking to resolve the missing grade issue. The office staff will investigate the missing grade in an effort to solve or clarify the issue. Query forms must be submitted within two weeks of final grade submission.

RE-GRADING OF EXAM SCRIPT
A student who wishes to have his/her examination script re-marked must pay a fee of EC$100.00to have his/her script re-marked by a new Examiner. Requests for re-marking of scripts must be made within one (1) month of the submission of grades. Refer to the DSC's Grades Appeal Procedure.
The staff of the Registrar's office provides Academic advising to students. Students are encouraged to see their course advisors, deans, the Associate Registrar or the Registrar from time to time to ensure that they are on track with their program requirements. Program guides for each program of study are also available under the "Academics" section of this site to help guide students. Students are also provided with "Graduation Requirements" on their Orbund accounts - this will show each student exactly which courses he/she requires for graduation at the DSC.
